How to use clicker to stop dog barking on the lead?
Hi
I have a 7 month old beagle dog pup who is great in all other aspects of behaviour apart from barking when he’s on the lead.
When other dogs approach us he barks and pulls towards then all the way until we reach the other dog. There is no aggression what so ever once he gets there, just has a sniff a walk round the other dog and then frequently just sits down or stops.
We have an older beagle (20 months) and they get along brilliantly and both of them are as obedience trained as we really want them to be, ie sit, down, off, wait.
